I plan to devote an hour or so each morning to this discussion, before work.
Hong Kong is around 12 hours and the International Date Line ahead of North America. So Americans may have the spooky experience that I am prescient and reply to your e-mail before you write it. We are eight hours ahead of Europe and between zero and three hours behind Australia.
I plan to try and update the WWW page a few times over the week by adding data which you provide and indexing it (them... sorry Lloyd!)--altering and restructuring the "tree" as necessary. This may be a risky strategy as one of the strategies of qualitative research is taking time and thinking things through. Nevertheless it might be fun and provoke some heated arguments.
If I don't succeed, please forgive me as next week may turn out to be too much to handle. My Centre is under review and the timetable has been suddenly brought forward.
